As promised, we at Varsito are working everyday to improve the application and ensure a smoother and easier interface for you.

Moving forward, we will be doing monthly releases with new and exciting additions. This is to improve overall usability and add new features. We would also love to hear from you on what you think of these additions or if you have any new suggestions.

Among the new releases, some updates will be automatically added to your application as it helps overall usability and others can be added if it benefits you.

Here are all the updates & Features for this month.


Dropout candidates – If you have a candidate that has dropped out, mark him/her as a dropout.

Campaign for Bulk SMS – Send bulk SMS to various groups based on Engagement Level, Source / How did you hear about Us and Source Type.

Subjects – Add various subjects to a course and assign a trainer to a subject instead of a course.

Attendance – See the attendance already taken and those that’s not. The blue circle below the date represents attendance completed with the number present in the circle. Grey color circle represents pending attendance.

Reminder – For a Fee, Lead & Enrollment reminder, see the name of the person on top of the reminder and click, it directly goes to the profile of the individual candidate.

Status on Profile – See the status of the profile. Status represents Admission date, Placement & Certification.

Features (Available on request):

Online Assessments – Have MCQ test that students take? Our online assessment feature allows you to upload questions per topic, per subject and per course where the student can take the test via the application and results displayed instantly.

Email Integration – If you would like to send emails to candidates Bulk/Single, we have the email integration available like the SMS
